Urbanwerks knows how to run a business and how to treat customers. What a great experience! Took our new car to get the front windows tinted to match, was in an out quickly and the job was perfect, they went the extra step to add stickers to the window controls reminding us not to roll them down and gave a gift bag with glass cleaner and detail spray- also added a plate frame for us which is awesome!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with me to make sure the project I wanted was done in a timely manner and to my specific specifications. I’ve known Neil & Steve from the day they opened Urban Werks. I was always impressed with their work and their clientele. For years, I had minor work such as tinted windows detailing ceramic coating done by them. Obviously always been satisfied. I decided to have one of my cars wrapped. The price was so fair there was no need to shop They were able to locate the color I needed and gave me an appointment convenient for me. A day and a half later, I stopped by to see the progress. I was unable to find words to express the gratitude and satisfaction of what they had done. Keep up the good work, Steve Neil, you are blessed to have Steve as your Partner/manager.

I brought my car in to get it wrapped and was looking for a specific color that was showing out of stock online. The guys at Urban Werks were able to get their hands on it for me though and did a fantastic job. The car looks amazing and I could not be happier. They were professional, prompt to answer messages and calls and were very knowledgeable. They even got me back in for a complementary detail just a couple of weeks after the job was done! My new, 2026 black metallic svr looks spectacular! Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Any questions that I had before or after the ceramic coating was applied, they answered almost immediately! The photos do not do it justice but it’s as smooth and shiny as glass! I highly recommend!
