My partner and I made a two-hour trip to Urbin Auto Sales after seeing a car listed online. Initially, the experience was very positive. Our salesperson, Rodrigo, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the vehicle. He worked with us to negotiate a fair price, and at that point, everything felt great. We noticed the car needed some minor cosmetic work scratches and small dents and Rodrigo offered to have the dealership’s auto body shop take care of everything. We agreed, especially since he assured us the car would be ready within a week. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience completely fell apart. After that initial promise, my partner repeatedly called for updates and was consistently given false information and the runaround, being told the car would be

I left to look at other vehicles Frank called me back like 45 minutes later and figured out a price and I went back to get vehicle. I don't go by reviews he did right by me
