Buying a vehicle from CA when from another state could've easily been very stressful, but Stepan made the entire process smooth and transparent from start to finish. So I bought my car, a 2001 Lincoln Town Car, sight unseen. I live in Oakland Ca, and had a local shop do a PPI. Stepan was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. He fixed everything he could that the car needed before I flew down to pick it up. Oil change, coolant and brake fluids replaced. Heater core replaced and AC charged. Replaced the power seat motor and the old exhaust hangers too. He even picked me up from Burbank Airport in my new car. Very smooth and convenient experience overall. I was able to trade in my tiny Smart car (micro Benz) for an upgrade to the real Benz club: a 1994 E320 sedan. The condition of the car is so immaculate that you would think it to be only a few years old. The previous owner was a person of faith (Christian CD's are still in the CD changer), and I really believe this change in my life was a gift from God.
