I can’t thank this shop enough for their honesty and quick work. First off, even over the phone after explaining that I had driven in a flooded road and my bumper came loose the first question they asked me was if I was okay. They were kind and warm. After being told elsewhere that I needed a completely new bumper and had “damaged parts” inside my car, I came here for a second opinion. They immediately reassured me that my bumper was intact, only the clips had come loose, and there was no hidden damage. They had my bumper fixed and looking brand new within hours, saving me unnecessary stress and thousands of dollars. It’s rare to find a shop that is both skilled and genuinely trustworthy. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will absolutely return here in the future.

A driver had back into my front end and damaged my car. I walked into a local body shop and was given an estimate of $900. In which the repairs were done and I paid cash money. But later found out that the most that job should have cost was around $600. I hope that the local body shops are not taking advantage of their own hard working people.

Worst place to get body work done. This shop replaced a door for me, and it became misaligned just weeks after the work was completed. I went back for them to fix it, but all they did was move the door up slightly. After a while, the misalignment returned—eventually to the point where the door fell off the hinge. Mind you, I had followed up with them, and they reassured me the work was fine. Please, go anywhere else before spending your money here.

They told me what the plan was but didn’t follow through on what they told me. My advice if you use US body shop go to the dealership and buy the parts and then let them install and paint them. Otherwise they’re gonna try to save a buck and either buy inferior parts or try to fix them With Bondo. This is what small shops do to maximize profits
