Just got my first car today Feb 24. Really upfront guys! They told me how they got it and how they rebuilt it and I loved how they were so honest. Thank you so much US motors! The Car I paid for was a 2022 Honda Accord Sport it’s amazing!

I went to US Motors because I saw an amazing deal for a great car. When I got there they treated me well they were thorough with the car's information and helped me feel confident in my choice. The vehicle didn't have a spare tire and the undercarriage felt protector was missing a bolt and the took care of both of those issues in minutes. Their customer service was phenomenal and they even helped get me my car loan figured out over a weekend! I would HIGHLY recommend buying from these guys and will be coming back when I need another vehicle.

Buyer beware… we are a young couple with a four month old who traveled from an hour away in search of a safe family vehicle. We were interested in purchasing a vehicle from Usman who seemingly was friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was supposedly obtained through auction on a rebuilt title as a cable was severed from theft. I was planning on paying a portion of the vehicle in cash, and felt leery and uncomfortable with not having the title in hand. Usman claimed he would get the title in his possession before the sale. He in fact was working on doing so, and we were scheduled to pick up the car after the weekend. We had a family member offer to give us a ride to the dealership this Saturday instead, so we could drive back together with baby-and that must’ve thrown Usman off, or caught

Stopped by to look at a car late on Tuesday and a salesman came up and talked to me. Asked what I was looking for and did not make any assumptions or try to pressure me into anything. Offered to help with any questions I might have and was very friendly. Came back a few days later to test drive a Subaru Outback that I was interested in. Usman Ali came and spoke to me this time and was really friendly as well and did not try to pressure me. Made the whole process very easy on me and made my buying experience an enjoyable one. The vehicle has a prior salvage title, but the body work they did you would never know it. They did amazing work on the vehicle and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback rebuilt with Ali at US Motors in Des Moines. I am 77 years old, and this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Everything felt above board and straightforward. Communication was excellent with Ali, and when the car was delivered, though a year old with 14,000 miles, it was detailed like a new car. Thank you!
