US Wheel And Tire

I had an excellent experience at US Wheel and Tire on W. 8 Mile! Jason, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond to help me with repair estimates for both my Escalade and CTS. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided financing options, and when the financing approval came in a bit lower than the combined repair costs, he still managed to work within my budget and get all the repairs completed. That kind of dedication and customer care is hard to find! The mechanics were just as impressive — they didn’t just tell me what needed fixing, they actually showed me under both vehicles, pointed out the worn parts, and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the process. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

my 2015 dodge dart was a mess. it needed control arms and cv boot and joints was all i needed or at least I thought. I took it to US wheels and they should me everything else I need to be done( shesh) well the guys at the shop took care of me and now I just love my dart its like my car is brand new.it

We went there my daughter needed a tire for her rear driver's side. The sales/con man was going to sell her the wrong sized tire. The guy who was supposed to put the tire on came out and saw that it was a car with 3 women and a small child. He refused to put the tire on we asked why and he said it was the wrong size. The other one said the slight difference wouldn't matter. Let me tell you I 'm glad the other guy had a conscience. Do better . We'll never come there again and neither will anyone we know.
