WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Called before driving an hour to pick up a car part they told me had in stock. When I arrived the man working in the front desk had me wait 40 minutes just to tell me that he doesn’t have the part in stock. Would not recommend anyone to come here. They will scam you out of your time.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful representative received once OSCAR (5 ☆☆☆☆☆) was able to assist. Went in to purchase brakes and rotors not really knowing what I needed to fix my vehicle, on the other hand the other representative never asked to help me or others waiting for assistance 👎(RUDE)

I felt the man helping me was very interested in getting my correct, exact part for my vehicle. Which he did. When the part wasn't what my vehicle required, as the mechanic working on my truck had said, the USA AUTO PARTS took it back and gave me the option of trading for other vehicle parts, which of course I'll definitely be needing. Win-Win for me and USA AUTO PARTS! Thank you USA AUTO PARTS personnel and especially Oscar for helping me. Oscar identified my sway bar bolt and gas tank strap, both pieces which had rusted/fallen off my truck. Looked the pieces up, priced them so that I had a idea what I'd be spending. Being recently widowed, it's a good feeling to have a reliable and honest and decent priced auto store to shop at. 🔧🔩

They had my part at a very reasonable price and in stock and customer service was very polite and quick.
