USA Car Wash & Detailing

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I live nearby and come here weekly. I usually never had a problem the past 3 weeks have been pretty crappy service. The “manager” Perry is rude and inconsiderate. We pay for the service and got the bare minimum. Car was still dirty and wet. I was sent to speak to Perry and he was dismissive. We left and will not be coming back. THEY ARE NOT CLEANING THE CARS OR DRYING THEM PROPERLY. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I feel bad for the employees there. It looks like they are short staffed, but after speaking to Perry I can see why people wouldn’t want to work there. So sad.

I wish I could give 0. They just tricked me and make me pay 100$ by hiding the information and play with the communication about their service. And I told the guy before that I was really there to clean the interior of my car, he said no problem.

When I tell you don’t come here I mean it. They broke my camera and charged me $22 for a wash when they advertised $15. I complained to the cashier and she started arguing with me. The cleaning was not worth $23

Went in to get car serviced and was very disappointed, will not be returning. Paid $43 should of covered the dust on the dash board atleast. I am editing this post as I fully checked my car the same garbage is still there, I like to tip but today I didn't bother, I called the the car wash had no answer!

I need a refund! This was the worst carwash ever. I have always come here and since the last time the prices went skyrocket. There are more people working but not doing things right. Today I felt ripped off when I saw my car and it was still dirty. Bad job on the vacuuming. Then they have the nerve to get upset with you when you complain about it. There are plenty of other car washes that won’t scratch your car or leave it dirty. What happened to this place. It used to be a great carwash.
