Repair/replacement of rear bumper cover and rear hatch window on 2004 Toyota Highlander. Work on was completed flawlessly and on time. Fair price on non-insurance job. Car was washed and returned in spotless condition. Jane at the front desk was very helpful. Documentation of the estimate was comprehensive. Clean premises. Service provided by Estimator/Production Manager Hovik Mkrtchyan was outstanding. When an additional small part (3rd brake light gasket) was needed, he contacted us to approve the purchase. He pays attention to all the details. Knows Toyotas well. A pleasure doing business with USA Collision.

STRONGLY advise others to stay far away from this business. My vehicle was left in the care of a repair shop Half Price Auto Repair (they don’t have cameras nor any knowledge of how it was damaged) that this company selected and trusted, and my car was subsequently damaged while in their custody. Dave, the owner, has been extremely unprofessional and DISGUSTINGLY RUDE throughout this process. He has repeatedly hung up on me and has refused to provide clear information regarding what was done to my vehicle or even where my car is currently being held. Due to the seriousness of this situation, I have been forced to contact the authorities and am in the process of consulting with an attorney. This matter is still unresolved as of February 6, 2026 since OCTOBER 2025!!!!! Based on my experie

I can’t express just how happy we are with the work performed by Hovik and team at USA Collision. Presto, body damage gone. Our vehicle looks brand new. They do great work for a great price. Hovik and USA Collision should be the first and only stop when you need body work done on your vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Hovik at USA Collision on repairing my convertible Mustang. I was hit by another driver and the rear driver’s side panel and wheel were damaged. I LOVE my car and was very concerned on who was going to do the repair work. Hovik was completely knowledgeable about what and how to get everything done and how to deal with my insurance company. I also met the owner while I was there and he was very cool. The work that was done on my car was spectacular! Hovik got everything done without any issues and they even did an unbelievable job of cleaning my car inside and out. USA Collision and Hovik are Awesome!

I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Hovik and his team! My car was rear ended by another vehicle, the other cars insurance said I could pick where I did repairs and I am so glad that I picked USA Collision! They were prompt with questions/concerns, keep me updated, worked with the insurance company and did a wonderful job. Cannot recommend them enough
