The date on the bill says today, for the due date, but when you call to pay it today they tell you it expired at 12 midnight so don't forget to pay your insurance early or you won't have any.

Stay Away it's not good insurance!I'm saying the staff in the Hattiesburg Office are unprofessional.!!!

The policy is to bring a car in to get photos taken before they can add a new car to your existing policy. Yet my Husband is having a new car delivered and has to have proof of insurance before they release the car. They would not offer him a quote over the phone for liability on his current truck he has to come in for that. and he also can’t cancel his policy over the phone or online he can only pay them. The rude receptionist said other insurance agencies don’t require this and to go with another agency. What a joke. I immediately switched my Husbands insurance company mind you he’s been with them for years. Receptionist are the lifeline to any business and she is the worst. SMH and got the nerve to refer customers to Other Companies Gladly . LMAOOO!!!!

USA Insurance Company has a very kind, helpful staff! They do All they can, putting their lives on the line, to make sure the customer has a safe, quick, experience. I am disappointed with USA Insurance Company because they didn't have any sympathy towards their customers when the pandemic began and people were out of work!! The company still required payment each month!!! They didn't offer NO MERCY!!!
