I’m still waiting for a refund that was promised over a year ago! In 2024, I put down a $500 refundable deposit on a truck at USA Motorsport while driving several hours to see it. On the way there, they contacted me to say the truck had a mechanical issue and wouldn’t be ready. When I arrived, I was told clearly (and have written messages confirming) that the $500 would be refunded no matter what. Despite multiple follow-ups by email and phone over the past year, I’ve never received the refund. I’ve attached screenshots of our messages and the original charge to my card. I’ve already contacted my card company and will be filing complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Consumer Division and the BBB if this isn’t resolved immediately. Bought a car from them 2 years ago. It was an Acura ilx. Now from the day I walked into the delarship there was a couple who were yelling at one of the men there saying they sold them a lemon. While listening to that made me nervous, I still bought my car. The day I went to pick it up, the car was missing the driver side mirror & they got a mirror from another car & put it. There were quirks with my car, but I did not expect it to have a total electric failure a couple years after I bought the car. Don’t shop here unless you want an overpriced used car that will not last you

My boyfriend found the car he wanted on the internet. It ended up being an hour and a half trip for us from CT & turned out to be well worth it. Marvin, Aminta & Gloria made the experience easy and pleasant. If we lived closer we would definitely be recommending them to friends.

Edit: 1/15/26 - I'd just like to come on here and edit this review because I recently had a mechanic appointment in which he showed me that the brake pads/rotors were pretty much down to bare metal. This confirmed my theory of them not doing the service they said they did. I'm never going to this establishment again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. I am changing this to just one star because this is unacceptable. They are timely and knowledgeable. I called to schedule a test drive. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready to drive. The vehicle needed minor adjustments which were taken care of quickly. Purchase price was great. Service was excellent. Thank you Maria and Brian.
