I purchased 2 brand new tires from USA Special Tires. I drove home, the next day the tire on the driver side was flat. I took it back and they gave me an excuse.” We don’t know how that could happen.” I took it back several more times for the same issue and they keep giving me an excuse. Two weeks later, the driver side tire completely ripped in half I asked for a refund And the owner did not want to give it to me after selling me a defective tire. The customer service is terrible They are a bunch of scammers. I filed a dispute with my credit card.. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company If you want to avoid a headache, they will not assume responsibility for anything even if they sell you a defective tire. SCAMMERS please beware.

Best price for tires. Excellent and efficient service. They also treated me like family. I highly recommend and will continue to take my car there.

Unfortunately the mechanic ruined my car overcharged took advantage of the situation* lesson learned don't fix what is not broken* I will never return even if they guarantee for life. Recommend to check air in your tires possibly that's it. Very sad experience 😢 Ripped me off after all.🙌

Bought new tires Steering wheel began to wobble when over 50 MPH Went back multiple times to try and figure out why with the mechanics They tried to tell me it was some other issue when the problem was the tires Bought another set of tires from firestone and that solved the issue (no more wobble) Shop refused to take the faulty tires back and owner got aggressive Would never use again or recommend
