James is such a sweetheart and a great honest man. He makes sure he tells you things that need to be fix or repaired which is outstanding. I love how wonderful the team is as well. I felt compelled to leave this review due to James’s rude behavior and because I observed him adding on services that were not needed, which felt like a ripoff. Also, to clarify—does James not work at your shop? Original Response: I normally don’t write reviews, but USA Tires and Automotive is a total ripoff, especially if you deal with James, who has very poor customer service and is extremely rude. I was charged for issues that were not actually problems, and I personally witnessed another customer return to complain, only to be given a bogus excuse instead of accountability. Best shop. I was very paranoid about the rim getting scratched…I soon realized I was in great hands! Very clean and professional shop. The specialist took great care of the rims to do a patch on the Panamera tire. He was polite and accommodating. Very happy with the excellent service!!!!!!!!! He even polished the tire after, looked brand new. Ask for James!

I was in desperate need of a tire alignment and my car drove me right to USA Tires. It was great experience the customer service was awesome and the owner also explained everything and was very transparent. I will be returning if need be.
