Bought a van from this guy and the battery is dead, he gave me engine warranty.. check engine light went on in 10 days he does not want to help with battery or the check engine light .. I’ve only had the car 10 days I call for help and the guy curses me out calling me a bum can’t afford to pay for a battery.. I’m paying 6500 plus all the fake fees they add to the price of the car and he don’t want to help .. someone tell me where to report these people and get my money back

After going to several buy here pay here dealerships for over a month to find a decent place that your car wont break down when you leave the lot, I found this place..anneka the administrator was very prossional..had my car for only 4 days when my check engine light went on.i stopped on my way home from work n before I even got got out of my car, the mechanic was right there, he remembered me n asked if all was ok..told him what happened, without hesitation he hooked up the computer n found out my thermostat was bad..even though he was working on another car, he asked if I had time, got into his car, to the parts store n fixed it right on the spot..very professional, honest n down right I will recommend anyone to this place..thank you guys so much..5 star rating!!
