I purchased the interior and paint warranty when I bought my vehicle two years ago. When I went to use my warranty, they listed all the book of exclusions and hardly offered to take care of anything that I was told about when I was sold the warranty. Absolutely a waste of money and time! It took me several days to get a hold of someone just to get warranty information and my appointment scheduled. Then when I took it up there, they told me I had to come back and I ended up in the end making four different trips because they don’t pay attention to the schedule and “oops forgot to call me to reschedule when their fabric guy wasn’t there” and waited until I arrived to realize their mistake once again. An absolutely crappy and horrible job repairing two spots on my vehicle. Look at this mess!

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Went to look at a certified pre-owned Honda Passport, test drove it, everything was great. It is the exact car I have been looking for for months. I informed the sales rep what my price point was and what my bank offered me for financing. After speaking to the manager, Glen Standafer, the sales rep came back with Jeff Bevis who is one of the finance Managers. Jeff informed me that they could beat the financing through my bank by 3% which would save me thousands, and offered an incredible price for the vehicle.
