I came from Charlotte N.C. I needed an oil change for The BMW . I spoke with Jake on the phone call I knew this was the place to go. Very good prices, clean and very professional. They care about their customers and go above and beyond. Even offered drinks and snacks. I was very happy beyond words and would highly recommend this place. I was happy to leave such a great review!!!!

This place is awesome. Long story short, I my GTI had electrical issues on headlights and they needed replacing. They were backordered over 4 months and they kept me informed the entire way. I spoke to USP and the team more often than my own insurance company and got more updates from them than progressive. They worked with insurance and handled everything perfectly. I'll be bringing my car here whenever i need ANYTHING done from now on. Got my car back good as new like nothing ever happened. Tyler is awesome!

Based on a recommendation by a friend/ Co worker, I found this Amazing Shop. I am so thrilled to finally have a place I can trust to do the Correct repair, and do it Accurately. USP Euro Car Care is so Professional. They really care so much about doing things Correctly. They took Great care of me, gave me a Loaner Car and washed my Car when it was done. I had the absolute BEST experience today at USP Euro Care Care when I took my Audi Q7 Prestige in for an oil change. I am very picky about who touches my vehicles because of bad experiences in the past with dishonesty or damage, but this location completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and honest — something that’s hard to find these days. The waiting area was spotless, with Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, and even a comfortable space to work from if you bring your laptop. To top it off, they washed my vehicle after the service, which was such a nice bonus! This is hands-down the best European auto care shop I’ve ever been to. Great experience. They service was substantially cheaper than at the dealer. They were quick and courteous. Highly recommend. I had an oil change for a high performance car. They recommended other services but said they were not due yet and still have time. No pressure tactics at all.
