Towed my car to his shop after we agreed to tow it back to my home, which wasn’t a minute away. Then called me a liar?? They worked on my vehicle without my permission and charged me for it. Also left my car unlocked with my keys in it!!

Charles was very rude when husband called to get a pricing on service to be done there. Told husband to call back he would have a price. Husband called and he told the lady that answered that he had already spoke with him and hung up. Then he leaves a message on husband cell phone for him to call him that this was 3 times he called. He didn't want to.talk to husband when he called just very rude.

Service is one on one and second to none

Car was towed at the request of highway patrol after a severe wreck/turnover in the area. I was injured in the crash and was never consulted about towing and its cost. These people then proceeded to try to take advantage of me after a near death experience as I didnt have collision insurance on my old vehicle. They initially tried to charge me $580+38per day storage for tow less than 10 miles. They backed down to $450+38per day storage after confronted about the price. It took me threatening legal action to get it to $450 for tow and storage if they got to keep the mangled wreck of a car. These road pirates will take advantage of you in most vulnerable state without batting an eye.
