Utah Imports is an amazing auto shop and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Mark was the first person I worked with, and he is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He made the entire experience smooth and comfortable and took the time to make sure everything was clearly explained. Jeff and Jim were just as great—very professional, honest, and clearly passionate about the work they do. The whole team is friendly, trustworthy, and takes real pride in providing high-quality service. It’s rare to find a shop with people this genuine and skilled. I highly recommend Utah Imports to anyone looking for a place they can truly trust with their vehicle.

recently visited this automotive mechanic shop for my German car, and I’m truly impressed with their service. The team was very helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to all the issues I was experiencing and explained everything clearly. A special shoutout to Mark, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed and made right. His professionalism and dedication really stood out. 100% recommend this place! I had reached out to 2 different places about getting an appointment for my BMW and Utah Imports responded so fast ( still haven’t heard from the other locations) I feel bad that I’m here the day before Thanksgiving but they were extremely nice and got me in sooner than my original appointment. Jeremy and Mark are amazing! The whole staff is amazing! Mark is very thorough in explaining things. I always get worried about being judged because I know nothing about cars. But I didn’t feel this way at all. I was treated like a valued customer and this was my first time here. Definitely will be back ! Prices so much better than the dealership. Back in October I got my intake manifold replaced. They recommended cleaning the intake hoses near it for a longer engine lifespan since they were removing parts anyways and it would be available to do and would be less expensive to do right then. They also did my emissions testing. I agreed and I’m glad I worked with them than any other shop! They gave me an amazing fair price, recommended other services I ACTUALLY NEEDED - rather than some dealerships just putting whatever they could get you to pay for on the quote. - I appreciate all Utah imports did for me that day , they finished my car in just a day. I will definitely be coming back, I still need to call and ask about my timing belt cover. THANK YOU, I APPRECIATE EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE!
