We had to bring our vehicle in to this shop on the way to Ouray due to it acting weird and a small transmission leak. Jordan instinctively knew exactly what it was and got us fixed up and on the road very quickly after inspecting it and running a couple tests. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are back on the road and our trip was saved. Thanks so much for the quick work and friendly service. Good to know there's a high quality shop on the way in case this ever happens again. We really appreciate y'all!

Brought my sister in laws car in November, charged $120 for a tire swap and today they tell me it would be $165 just because my tires are new (both sets were purchased offsite, mine were brand new, my sister in laws were used.) Makes absolutely no sense to charge$45 more in labor just because a tire is new vs used. Take your business anywhere else. And in response to the response to this review, both sets of tires were purchased off site so there is absolutely no reason to charge more being mine were “brand new” and my sister and laws were not. Both cars also have the same size tires.

The team at Utopia in Fairplay does an amazing job taking care of their customers. Quick service, friendly staff, and not outrageously priced. Couldn't be happier with the services that they provide. Thank you guys again for taking such good care of my truck; my family and I will be coming here from now on for whatever we need regarding our vehicles!

I took two vehicles to Utopia recently to have some tire swaps and repairs done. I was extremely pleased with the results and how I was treated, especially with such short notice. Kevin at the service desk is very polite, calm, helpful, and attentive. The cost for their services was very reasonable in my opinion, and I'm very pleased with this customer experience.
