I had some tires that I needed mounted on my Mustang aluminum wheels but was having trouble finding a shop that could do this. I have had damaged wheels in other shops and wanted to avoid this issue with these wheels as they are like new. I have purchased tires from UTZ in the past and just had them mount tires for me in the past and they have always done a great job. I decided to give them a call for this challenge and they said bring them in for a look which I did. They determined that their equipment would work to remove my old tires and install the new ones. I dropped my tires and wheels off at the end of their day and early the next morning I got a call that they were all done. The tech I worked with was confident that there wouldn't be any issues and there wasn't. It's been a while

To preface: Reeds on Seneca is great, but doesn’t do alignments, Goodyear in EA is also great, does them, but is obviously a little more pricey and farther from my house. Decided to try Utz for a one stop shop hoping to save compared to Goodyear and convenience of proximity for dropping off. I set up an appointment for new tires and an alignment on my wife’s car. I was called back a day or two later to reschedule the appointment, because the mechanic was going to be off. This was around the winter holidays so I was understanding. Dropped off her car on the rescheduled date a week or two later. Later that day when I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told that they could not do the alignment because the mechanic was not there. After spending $1,000 on new tires, the original rims needed new valve stems. We purchased new rims - the owner said he would switch the rims no charge. He also stated if we brought the new rims in within 2 weeks there would be no charge. When we brought them in he denied it and charged us. Also on another vehicle they replaced calipers, rotors and pads. The pads wore down in 3 months and the car was hardly driven. Instead of offering to look at the brake lines or look into it further, their attitude was - well they're covered. Not willing to go the extra mile to help the customer. We will not be back.

Super disappointing experience. We have gone here in the past with minimal issues however I went for a tire rotation and oil change, I was there for two full hours. The front desk is usually pleasant, this time, not at all. Overall a waste and I will go elsewhere in the future.

I've been a loyal customer for a couple years now, and I've given this shop thousands of dollars. Unfortunately their work is subpar. I just took my car in for front struts and some other issues. When I paid I asked if there was anything else that needed to be worked on and I was told just the tires. When I turned my car on I still had issues popping up and I went back into the shop and asked about them. I was told that the stability track issue was part of the ball bearings in the wheels. I don't understand. Why wouldn't your workers say that I needed more work done when I asked? Why wouldn't they even look into the issue further? I'm so upset because I have no power steering and even the work that was done is shoddy. I still have something rubbing on my tires when I drive causing a squea
