V-Espirit

My Mother-in-law decided to move from Dallas, where she had lived for over 60 years, to be closer to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in the Demver area. After researching several retirement communities we decided V-Espirit offered the best facilities and options that suited her lifestyle. In November we moved her into a newly renovated patio home. The whole process was relatively painless and made easier by the wonderful facility staff. She is very happy in her new home, has joined many activities offered by V-espirit and has quickly made many friends in the community. We are thrilled to have her close to us and we know that she will be happy and well cared for at V-espirit.

Our family member transitioned from his large home in the mountains to a 2 bedroom + sunroom. It had been totally remodeled and looked new. The facility is lovely and the staff are helpful and polite . There are a lot of activities available. Recommend highly!

If you’re looking for an independent living facility that offers many activities, beautiful scenery and affordable housing make sure you check out V-Espirit. That’s just the beginning of what this place offers. The staff makes you feel like family and are very caring and try to meet your every needs! Food is not included but there’s a Bistro next door that is also in the building where you can work out and they have very nice warm pool with a lazy river that can help keep you active as well. The staff also orders food in from different restaurants for a small fee and makes it into a social event at least once a month. My Mom lived there for 7 years and I couldn’t have found a better place for her. She loved her Bingo, Corn Hole, Dominoes and Bocce Ball but mostly she loved all the friends

My husband and I moved into V-Esprit six months ago after visiting a dozen other senior communities in the Denver area. Nothing compared to this community and we felt “at home” as soon as we walked into one of the spacious patio homes. V-Esprit has a warm and welcoming feel, there are lots of activities, and the other residents have been really fun to get to know. Peter, Cindy, Mary and the rest of the staff are amazing—so friendly and helpful. They make it easy to be as involved as one wants to be. The rent includes membership in the Shalom Park Health Center where we work out in the gym, take classes, and can use the pool. This 14-acre campus has mature landscaping, great walking sidewalks, and gorgeous views of the Front Range. It’s a hidden gem and we’re so happy we found it!

My wife and I are searching for an active adult community in the Denver suburbs and recently visited V-Esprit. It has become our first choice among the various communities we toured. The location is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. The amount of available activities and the fitness facilities are second to none. We had the opportunity to meet several community residents and staff members who were really friendly and helpful. Another aspect that stood out for us was that we met with the founding owner of the entire development, Peter Torrens, who personally conducted both a first and second tour for us. He took the time to patiently and openly answer all of our questions and explain the details in becoming residents of V-Esprit. We found it interesting and refreshing
