Needed an enhanced inspection for my new vehicle; called them on the phone and they told me they could do it the same day. Drove all the way there only to be told they're not doing inspections that day.

Was down the street about 4 blocks and walked to the gas station on the corner to find out the gas station didn't have a public bathroom 🤦‍♀️ Started walking and stopped at V&A Auto Sales and they were kind and gracious enough to let me use their bathroom. My bladder and I are eternally grateful as many places in this area won't allow public access to their restrooms. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 😁🙏

Horrible place, horrible people save yourself the headache and go to their neighbors.I should not have to check a set of tires for size. I inquired about a specific set of tires I also repeated the size four times in person. Your staff are incompetent. I bought the tires and was going to have them put on at your place but I was there for almost an hour so I decided to take them and leave. I called and said they were the wrong size and that they were in the vehicle on because I had no other option but to put them on the vehicle. I called and you said there was nothing you could do because the “used tires I bought were now used” you offered no resolution. Like I said terrible place terrible people.
