Vacation Trailer Sales

We unfortunately locked ourselves out of our Class C at night. Other campers in the RV park knew a very experienced tech who worked at Vacation Trailer sales and contacted him, at home, for help. The employee looked through the keys he had with him but did not find the ones needed for our rig. The employee went to work early the next morning and searched through more keys and found some he thought might work. He showed up at the campgrounds the following morning, even though we had never actually talked to him, and was able to open our rig with one of the keys! What a great human being! His kind actions allowed us to continue our vacation. The whole unfortunate incident reminded us that people are good and kind and will look for each other.

They were very respectful and didn't rush you. All questions were answered.

Called about an estimate for my awning the Tuesday after Memorial Day. The lady was VERY VERY rude and snotty. Said they call me back with a day n time they could do it. STILL waiting for that initial call. Called back a couple weeks later. Spoke to a guy that time. He said the main lines were down due to a storm the night before. Told him I already called n never heard back. He said to try another number. I did. Didn’t work. Called home back. He said he would PERSONALLY go and do it that afternoon since he was going to be close to where my camper was located (there’s no physical address of the property...but they did an awning for another family member located there). Great place to rent a camper. The owner met me after hours on Sunday after we got in later than expected... at the tail end of a severe thunderstorm. I thought he might not let me take it that night given the weather. He suggested getting a hotel that night but said the choice was mine. He showed me how to setup the camper (in the rain) then hooked me up and off i went. Long story short, we got it up during a break in the rain and it saved our night and the week. I couldn't believe the great customer service the owner provided. Plus the camper was real nice (newer) and clean! I highly recommend them if you are thinking of renting.

After purchasing the trailer we took it in on a recall, it was still under warranty so there were a couple things I ask to be repaired. They didn't get done. Later on we had an incident where turned to tight and a tree bit the side of the trailer and messed up some of the trim. Took it in for an estimate, never got that either. Now 2 years after the recall work that was done we are still receiving notice that the work needs to be done(safety issue) they never filed the paperwork with the manufacturer. Now it falls to us to take pictures of the work, the vin # and send to the manufacturer. I would no more do business with these people than jump off a cliff. Any sane manufacturer should pull their franchise as well !!!!!!!!!!!
