Worked directly with Joel in my journey to getting a new NuCamp T@b 400. Negotiations were transparent, communication was accurate and on time. Once we had a deal in place, the store visit was excellent. Everyone was very nice, the facility is very clean and organized. I only have good things to say.

We first met Joel Zytko, Vacationland Sales Manager, at an RV tradeshow after we found a travel trailer that was the perfect fit for our family. I placed a $5 down payment and was able to hold the price with that. No one pressured us or made us feel the need to get in touch right away. Joel called later that week and was kind and thoughtful. I placed a larger down payment to hold the camper for over a month as I had surgery scheduled and needed time before I could make it in to finalize. They held it no problems, answered our questions, and got all the paperwork ready when I reached out and gave the word. Again, no pressure, no calls. I cannot say enough about my experience with Vacationland in Big Rock, Illinois. Purchased a camper after seeing their display at the RV show a few weeks ago. I had a been looking at other dealers before the show. Went for the final walk thru on Friday. Joel and the rest of the crew could not have been nicer. Very professional and one of the least pressured purchasing experiences I have had. They will be the only place I am taking my future business to. Happy purchaser!

Top-notch Customer Service from Salesperson to Service department. The Entire Team is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable in their departments. No high pressured sales person. I Highly recommend them for all your camping needs!!

We had a fantastic experience at Vacationland! Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but we did!! Noah was extremely nice and helpful. Mike gave us a thorough walk through of our new camper and answered every question and was super informative. I'm not sure if his name, but the sweet, red headed young man was very helpful with getting me all the extra accessories I was looking for. We will never go anywhere else for our camper needs!
