Vacaville Tow was very fast to arrive after I’ve been waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours and redirected two times with my insurance for different towing companies. Sean was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable with helping me. Easy transaction and he took care of all the details and even dropped my key in my mechanics company drop box for me. Thanks Sean!!!

I had my truck vandalized while parked in a burger king lot where someone stole my tire valve leaving me with a flat tire. Vacaville Tow showed up in 15 minutes, towed me to their shop and installed a new valve at no charge. I was back on the road in less time than it took me to eat my food. Great service, great people.

My car stopped working at the grocery store. So stressful. Luckily, I have AAA and they connected me to the tow truck. The process was really easy, and the wait wasn’t bad at all. Andrew, my tow truck driver, was wonderful. He made sure I was alright and then took a look at my battery. He had a really great mobile jump starter that was exactly what I needed. Thank goodness! Andrew was so kind and reassuring which was great because I felt so silly (I have a small mobile jump starter that I had tried and failed with before calling). Fantastic customer service during a stressful situation. I am so grateful and I know who I’ll be calling during my next car crisis!

I called Vacaville Tow to install a spare tire for my 19-year-old niece. The quoted price was $85. We agreed. When the driver arrived, he talked her out of changing the tire, added air to a leaking tire instead, and sent her back on the road — then charged the full $85. That’s not the service that was requested or quoted. More importantly, putting a young driver back on the road with a compromised tire instead of performing the basic safety repair is irresponsible. If you charge for a spare install, you should install the spare.
