Great place to buy a car. The entire team was great from Collin who took my call. Once at the dealership. I dealt with Matt who was excellent. Steve the sales manager did what he needed to get over some hurdles. To round it out I met with Jake the finance manager. First time I can say that I liked the finance guy. Awesome team @ Vachon.

I’m not someone who usually enjoys dealing with car dealerships—in fact, I typically hate the entire process. But working with Collin in Sales and Jake in Finance genuinely restored my faith in the car dealer community. Both were exceptional from start to finish. Collin was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made the experience feel easy and straightforward, which is something I’ve never been able to say about buying a car before. Jake in Finance was just as impressive—transparent, efficient, and respectful of my time. He walked me through everything clearly without any pressure or gimmicks. My first Enclave purchased from Vachon was a lemon. The left rear tire deflated suddenly and caused me to veer suddenly from the left lane to the break down lane. The x-mission fluid LEAKED causing a dangerous drive to the dealership. I then purchased a new truck. The extra mirror, left side needed to be replaced. Also, the on/off knob didn't work. I was told that, " they are working on it". My next attempt was a new Enclave, no offer of a deal so I had to purchase a lesser model. They never told me the trade-in value of the truck. An offer was made to pay one months payment on the truck. In summation, my first sale was very good. No problem with the salesman. The following was a nightmare. Vachon is a terrific dealership to work with. Friendly, no pressure, patient and very knowledgeable about their products. We actually purchased two vehicles and worked with Matt B and David D. They were absolutely fantastic. Their manager, Steven, went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.
