Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). I highly recommend this Vails Gate Body Shop! Ken is sincere, honest, friendly and accommodating. They are honest with their pricing and they do the right thing for the customer. They fixed three of my cars over the span of my 12 years in new windsor and most recently they did an excellent, seamless job even with the "special" paint that I had on my mazda cx-9. The shop is clean, there is no mess and they are organized. Give them a try. I believe you will be happy as well.

This is what being an honest garage is all about. I needed a tire fixed, and they found out that my tire was still under warranty, which I didn't realize, so they were able to replace it for free! They could've made a few easy bucks off me, and chose not to!

My family uses this body shop for a a long time. Recently I needed to fix my car in a very short time . Ken ordered parts, fix my car , brought it to a dealer and back in a few days . I recommend this body shop to my friends and family.
