I bought a Nissan Altima! Love it! Val-U Car has the most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!!!! I have been helped by the most amazing and friendly staff when calling in to make my car payments. The first time I called in my payment the pay pal remote scared me to death and the staff was very friendly and patient with me and have me working it like a pro now. I am thankful that I finally purchased a vehicle that I can depend on thanks to Val-u car! The staff there is awesome and wonderful!!!! Some of the ladies already are very familiar with me and I love that! Thank you Val-U Car for making me feel like I am the only customer you have although I know you are very busy!

I bought a car from Value Car about a year ago and the staff worked very hard to get the payments affordable to my budget. Every time I call to make a payment the staff is polite a responsive to me and make my payment process easy and quick. My credit wasn't the best but there team found me financing and got me into my ride with no problem. I encourage anyone with no credit, bad credit, or perfect credit to buy from Value Car, as there selection of cars is grand. From 4 cylinder gas savers to the new C7 Stingray, Value car has it all.

Val-U Car has been helpful, its not your typical dealership as they help people with bad credit financing like myself. I bought a 2009 Honda Civic EX and it's worked great. I've had no issues whatsoever. Saving a ton on gas compared to my previous car. I couldn't get approved anywhere else, so clearly you might pay a little more. Don't let the other reviews misguide you. They, as I know, know what I signed and what the deal was. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me. Ultimately, it was my choice to sign in the end. Same goes for the others angry people over their own decision making.. I recommend Val-U car if you're having trouble getting a car somewhere else. Where do I begin? This place is a complete waste of your time, energy and money. I’m certain the five star reviews are current employees they made leave decent reviews because they know not one person has had a good experience with them. 1. They are sharks and unprofessional individuals who don’t know anything about customer service or working with people. 2. The cars are lemons. 3. They take advantage of women, people with low credit. and low income people as well as first time car buyers. There was a 2011 Nissan Rogue that I got here. It was really clean and ran well. I financed through their finance company because I did not qualify for bank financing. Unfortunately, my credit is not very good. But, they gave me and chance, and I make payments every other week. The payments are high, but affordable. Because I have bad credit, they are the only ones willing to sell me a car. Thanks Val U car. #grateful
