Valadez Tire shop

Amazing experience! I got a flat tire on I-5 S at 8pm 4 hours away from home!! You can imagine the drag it felt like. I called a bunch of locations and no answer from anyone. Called the Valadez tire shop and right away they let me know they could head to me with a tow and get me back to their shop to get it fixed. I had already got a tow truck and just needed a tire. He told me to just let him know what time we would get there and he would open up the shop. Upon arrival there he was. Opening up shop for us. We did pay an after hours fee but to be honest, that late (now about 10) and with how much tow trucks charge we got a good deal. They got us safely back on the road. Thank God for this shop.

This person came out through my insurance for a lock out (keys in trunk), he asked me to go inside to get a key to turn my safety lock inside of my car to possibly pop my trunk. In the minute I went in my home, he popped my trunk and had my keys in hand. He then threw them back inside and acted like he was still trying to open the trunk. Luckily we have cameras and my husband told me he saw him with my keys and opened the trunk 2x! After I mentioned it to the guy, his face and demeanor changed. He said the broker doesn’t pay him enough and demanded I call in a second request for a jump start so he could get paid additionally. I said I didn’t feel comfortable doing that and he refused to open my trunk, give me my keys, or leave. I even offered him cash and he refused. The cops came and he l

We were traveling down the 5 to LA when we blew out the sidewall of our tire. Jorge and his son went the extra mile (they literally had to run all over to find the right tire for our vehicle) and came out in extremely hot weather to change the tire at the rest stop and got us back on the road in short order. He has an impressive mobile setup with all the tools to properly install tires of all kinds. So grateful!

Simply unbelievable. I was driving my BMW 335i from San Bernardino to San Francisco when my right rear run flat tire blew out. I was in between exits and the run flat did not go the 25 miles as expected so I was stuck on the ramp exit 368. Considering this was Sunday 12/29/2024 I didn't have much hope of immediate rescue. I phoned my insurance company and they said this was Sunday but they would try to contact a tow in the area. They contacted Valadez and he in turn called me to verify my location. The estimated wait time was 90 minutes but he got there in 30 minutes. He also gave my wife and I a ride to his tire shop. When the work started there was an unforeseen issue. The tire that blew out had melded to the wheel and refused to come off. Here is where the "unbelievable" came in. Valade

They are all very nice. I went for a oil change. The only reason I gave only a 4 star is there was oil on my back door and door handle.
