Heading out on I-70 West, my Jeep suddenly shut off and decided it was done. I ended up throwing in the towel and looked up a nearby towing company. Valdez came up as just minutes from where we were stranded. I called Juan, who told me to drop a pin and that he would be there in 30 minutes. In just under 20 minutes, he showed up, ready to tow my heavy FSJ. Juan introduced himself, shook my hand, and began the towing process.
