I had a great experience with the service department! Jeff provided top-tier customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. He was professional, attentive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s needs, but Jeff truly delivered. Overall I have had the upmost respect and the pleasure of working with you. However I do not like that I have been having a hard time reaching someone by calling in or scheduling things online. I’ve had to bring my car and drop it off and it can be avoided if you guys make it easier to reach u for help by phone but overall I would not trade my care for my car to anyone and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable car and dealership to come to you thank you jojo for helping me find my car and thank you Mr Brian for maintaining maintenance I really appreciate you all.

Taking my new Outlander in for oil change was a breeze. The service advisor Ashley Edmondson was so professional in letting me know what was happening and when my vehicle was ready. I know I will go back again when time for my vehicle to be serviced.
