Valdosta Nissan Service Center

This service department stays very busy but when you do make an appointment, they’re very attentive. I felt that they did a good job. My car is still under warranty, but I think their prices are a little high. But I believe all dealership prices are higher than in the independent aftermarket. They were extremely nice even offered me a ride home I would recommend them. They did good service.

After a long awaiting part back-order I was able to get my truck fixed. JD and staff were nice to work with and they got the job done as scheduled. My 1-star ding is that I had to follow up to find out the part was in stock.

Verdell was polite and answered every question I may have had. He even researched then followed back up with me if he was unsure of how to answer. Verdell was also very informative and ensured that I understood the financial responsibility following the services I agreed to have completed. He was pleasant.

Service was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They vacuum the floor to get it ready for the mechanics, they keep you updated by your phone so you know the progress. Service personnel went over everything that was done and listened to any questions I had. I had an oil change, tire balance and rotation, and multi point inspection and was done within 30 to 40 minutes. Also the Rogue came with free oil changes for life.

Very professional, worked hard through warranty approval, kept in touch, service was done in timely manner. Was very impressed and pleased. Thanks for the great experience!!
