I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change it is now 10:20 and I still do not have my vehicle. I have always been a dealership supporter but this experience today will drive me elsewhere. I had a compelling family medical issue which I told them about when and needed to get out of here in a reasonable amount of time. Why make an appointment when they let me know after 9:30 they were just going to take my car back. Unless you enjoy spending hours ar the dealership take your vehicle anywhere else.

Wednesday the 6th of August 2025 I had three warnings come across my 2024 Rav 4 drive screen. I had a little over 10k miles on it, and I bought it brand new from Valdosta Toyota. I have always had great service there before this happened! I was greeted by Matthew in the service bay, and he took my car right back to be checked.
