Horrible service. I paid top tier VIP service and they don't even clean the tires before dressing it up with polish. Wasted a lot of time here to get it redone. You need to constantly watch and call out all the corners they cut even after paying for the top most service.

They're great here! The only problems ive ever encountered has been on the late night and thats nobody being at the window and the store part not being open and the only thing that can be purchased is gas with a card. Those are very minor things compared to other places ive encountered, other than that they're excellent service is always amazing regardless of your circumstances they always treat you like a human being and will go out of their way to help you.

Horrible car wash: I was sold to get their most premium wash (the $45 one) and was told it would include everything. They didn't even vacuum all the dirt that was sitting right there on my driver's side floor mats until I kindly asked them to afterwards. Isn't that even included in a basic wash? I also noticed dirt and crumbs still on my other seats which they didn't care to pick up. (Can't they at least wipe it down by hand towels if Im getting a VIP wash assuming their vacuums can't pick up everything). They also didn't wipe down the windshield entirely after the wash and I had droplets rolling down as I drove off which left water stains on my windshield right after a so called "car wash". Not to mention they used an old rag for the inside which left pieces of thread from it all alon

It was good when it reopened a few months ago, but now it much worse for the car washing. 1. Dirty water markers are still on the trunk, so obvious, but still there. 2. Dust on the console. Not big but they don’t want to do more than sweeping once. 3. Bird shit stains are not completely removed. Don’t recommend. They don’t even what to hide they don’t care. What quality do you expect?

Did not do a proper wash, I did the VIP package. There was dust on the exterior of my car still and in the drivers seat debris between the crevices that had not been vacuumed. I will not be returning to have my car washed here again.
