My car was damaged inside this car wash‼️‼️‼️ February 26, approximately by 1:40pm. While my vehicle was in the wash, I heard a loud impact from the left side of the car. After the wash finished, I found my front bumper broken and scratched. I immediately reported it. Staff told me they would contact me within 3–5 days after reviewing the cameras, but nobody ever reached out. I even emailed them and received no response. What was most disappointing is that nobody even contacted me to explain their decision. I had to go there myself just to be told they are not responsible. I had a very bad experience at Valet Auto Carwash. On January 7th at approximately 2:15 PM, while my vehicle was going through Tunnel #2, my passenger-side view mirror was broken during the wash. I immediately reported the incident. However, the carwash refused to take responsibility for the damage. The manager on duty, Luis Rodriguez, was notified and failed to properly address the situation. What makes this even worse is that I sent several emails requesting the security footage of my vehicle before and after entering Tunnel #2 to clearly document what happened. All of my requests have been completely ignored. No response, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve the issue. ⭐ Warning to other customers! I took my brand-new car here, and it came out with noticeable scratches. The machines are filthy and clearly not maintained properly. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and claimed to have video footage — which they never provided after I asked for it. I’m hoping to connect with others who’ve had their vehicles damaged here so we can take collective action. Customers deserve honesty and care — not excuses and dirty equipment.

Car wash # 1 . In my town PA thanks for your service good 👍💯 $39 monthly subscription for unlimited use which is unheard of. I go there so many times during the month that it ends up costing me only $4 per visit. Staff is very friendly when go over they also greet me with smiles and make sure I leave there happy. 110% recommend!!
