I called Serge and asked if anyway they can stay open an extra 30min. Due to a transmission lockout limp mode as we were traveling on vacation. I reached out and they said no problem they will wait till we get there from turnpike. On the lift and a scan diagnosed it for us with options and wisdom. Thanks team you truly are not only professional but generous as you didn’t even charge us…who does this now a days, God bless you guys

So, I'd gone to Mazda dealership and they lied and gave me a price of $1200+ tax AFTER charging me for the evaluation to tell me what was wrong. I didn't like that price when I looked up the part they said need replacement was only $130 so I found Valhalla. They redid the evaluation for $65? I think instead of $230 and found my problem was the connector not the hose! I was charged a total of $285 and my air was beautifully cold all in under 3 hours! This is now my go to place for any work on my vehicle! Honest and they don't try to over charge you! Valhalla does require an appointment but they have them fairly quickly. You won't be sorry!
