The only reason I’m giving it one star is because of the financing company that made it easy to get in the vehicle other than that valid motors as an independent company car lot salesman thumbs down they sold me a vehicle without a current missions which is against Georgia law I could have took them to court but I didn’t. I could have reported him to the clean Air Force of Georgia and had them find over $5000 but I did but now I wish I did The Mechanic wrecked my truck and no one apologized and the owner was right there. It was my mistake assuming that country folks had more hospitality and manners and I’m still waiting on Robert to reimburse me for the mission test that I had to pay for because when they sold me the truck, it didn’t have one. I am no one. However, lately I have been noticing that people who sell cars are really not ready to post advertising ads, show, test drive, or sell the vehicles we see online. The worst feeling when making big purchases... shopping is to go to a place (waste expensive gas) and you cannot buy the vehicle because the seller is unprepared for the actual inspection of the vehicle by the potential buyer. You can see it but it needs a transmission. The last dealership told me the vehicle I was interested in needed an engine. Come on sellers!! How are you gonna make a sale this way? How are you staying in business this way? The customers are not always right but your vehicles should be better before you post them available to the public. Valid Motors sold me a lemon BMW! They knew it was a lemon when they sold it to me! They are dishonest and just want the money! Very unprofessional. Dodging customers right and left. I am seriously considering using them for what I went thru because of Valid Motors. I wrote to the BBB and they contacted them with no response! That shows GUILT! Oh yeah I almost forgot to comment that the day after I purchased my $8000.00 BMW the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON!! they erased the codes long enough for me to give them my money! Ido not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.!

The staff provided excellent customer service, they're knowledgeable about their vehicles and they'll over deliver if you work with them. I went to look at a Dodge Ram that was listed on cargurus, but it was sold. Within 2 months they had a newer model and trim of the exact truck I was looking for and was willing to work with me financially. When I arrived to look at the newer Dodge Ram, they had a report showing all the work they had completed to increase the reliability of the truck. Plus they are willing to correct any issues you notice with your vehicle. They emphasize the importance of quality of service and the quality of the product they sell. The truck runs really well and they offer a warranty for their vehicles, which I find very important. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle

Just plain awful!!!! I bought my car, in full, there over two months ago and have yet to receive a title or tag! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS TRASHY PLACE!!!!!
