I’ve had two experiences buying vehicles from Valley Auto Center on Sierra Highway. One was with my own car purchase, and the other was when my mother separately bought a car from them. Let’s start with my own experience. I purchased a vehicle from Valley Auto Center, and the very next day the check engine light came on. They sent me to their mechanic, who kept my car for two months. They supposedly used my warranty to install a whole new transmission, a new exhaust manifold, and a new twin turbo. Despite this, I’ve had to go back to that mechanic at least seven times, if not more, each time leaving my car for anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Customer service is very good here had all our questions answered and any details we wanted fixed on the car we’re buying were fixed

They helped me when no one else would. There is a process and it does take a few days, however, when you're in a situation like mine, as long as you're willing to be patient, they'll definitely do everything in their power to get you in a reliable vehicle at an adorable price. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Very informative. When it comes to used cars - this is the only place you need to go for a good car at a reasonable price that WONT rip you off.
