Lisa, Doug and John John are the best. 1st time that an auto shop LISTENED to my concerns. Lisa has excellent communication with me as a customer. The time I was without my vehicle was calculated with precision. Doug the mechanic really took out the time to go over everything. John John thanks so much. I am so satisfied with my experience that I want to tell everyone and will refer all my friends and family to Rossi's on Route 45 in Millheim where they don't mess around and provide excellent auto care. It was a little ride from State College but definitely worth it! I drove home smiling the entire time!
