I worked with Matt Rowe, and between the general friendliness of all the staff i met, and the efficiency of the process, this was an incredible experience. All the vehicles i saw were meticulously taken care of, and in great condition. They were extremely fair for the trade value, and didn’t try to lowball me in the slightest. When working on the purchase of my new vehicle, Matt was very communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. The car i bought was priced fairly and there werent any exorbitant fees or markups at all. Overall i couldn’t be more happy with my experience and i genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Just bought a 2013 G37x from these guys, the team they have is wonderful! Eric, Matt, Alex, and Baley are such a great team and will do nothing but help you when buying a car. They made sure everything was perfect with the car before I bought it and they handled the buying process quickly and efficiently. I am retired and a car guy. Not a lot of discretionary income these days. I DO have a nicely restored 1999 Firehawk that I was willing to part with and had hopes that a dealer would do a straight up trade for some sort of "performance" truck.. i.e. 2nd gen Ford lightning. This would save me the sales tax (close to $2k) if I sold the Firehawk then ended up buying a truck with the proceeds. A little background story: I heard about a high end car dealer in MA and reached out to them hoping they could help me find a way to do a trade. The owner introduced me to his Sales manager, who also owned a 2nd gen lightning. I showed him my Firehawk and he thought it was nice with only 32k miles on the clock. Just bought a Cayenne GTS from here. Was the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Eric, Matt and the entire crew there were very accommodating and informative. It was a very refreshing experience for me. I didn’t have the feel of a typical sales person trying to push a sale, but more of a conversation amongst car enthusiasts. I can’t speak highly enough about the gentlemen who run Valley Auto Sales and Performance (E&M Auto Brokers). If only the large car dealerships had the same level of professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, and care for their customers, the world would be a better place. What impressed me most is how incredibly important it is to them that the car they sell you is in perfect condition before you drive it home. In my case, they acquired a classic Porsche 911, and before they listed it had already put a considerable amount of money into reconditioning and inspection (new brakes, tires, alignment, bore scoping, oil analysis etc). We then agreed on a fair price. And after the price was locked in they unprompted decided to do additional maintenance out of their own pocket to be extra cert
