Thank you VW!! The entire staff was very professional. Carson and Richard did a great job. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t willing to settle for less. Carson drove to Greensboro to go pick up this model for me, because they didn’t have my exact specifications on the lot. Carson was willing to do whatever it took and I appreciate that kind of service. Our family traded in our 2018 Tiguan and moved up into the 2025 Atlas SE with technology. We loved the Tiguan, but I can honestly say we love the Atlas even more. It will be perfect for our upcoming road trips. The Atlas is beautiful and economical compared to other SUVS and minivans currently on the market. Go talk to Carson. He is honest and will take care of you!

Sales guy was very nice. Finance guy made my fiancé and I never want to go here again. He made it seem illegal to test drive a car we were looking into buying a few months out as there were a few different makes and models we were looking at. Spoke down to us when we didn't want to impulsively finance a car. Asked us "why did we even come in here"

Parts and service were so knowledgeable and helpful. This was the best experience I had with a dealership. Edit: turns out, parts told me a bunch of wrong information, so something they told me would be done by the end of the week took well over a month to get fixed. Service of course tried upselling me to fix something that’s not broken. Last but not least, the salespeople were pushy and don’t listen. Terrible experience. I will never go back.

Charged me $160 for one wheel speed sensor and $350 for labor. The ABS lights came back on and they charged me another $175 just to look at my vehicle. Purchased four wheel speed sensors on Amazon for $20, which is probably the same aftermarket wheel speed sensor they put on my Jetta. I will put them on myself and recommend you do this yourself or fork over $500.
