Alfonso and the boys saved our day, our trip and potentially our lives, too! My friend and I were on the roadtrip across Washington heading back to Canada when our front brakes started making weird metal sounds and not responding well. Fortunately we found Alfonso's automotive close by and, despite being busy in the middle of the day, they took us in straight away and found the both front brake rotors were cracked and needed immediate replacement. They were able to find the needed parts in town and got us back on the road by the end of the day (with a bunch of apples, too, haha!). Honest, friendly, well priced - highly recommend! These guys were the only shop to get my family in extremely last minute when a wheel bearing started breaking down on a trip from Spokane. Very friendly and professional, not skipping any steps in the installation. The only place I’ll go to if we need another mechanical issue around Yakima!

Valley Auto is the best! Fair prices, honest, never charge for unnecessary things. Very thorough, but fast. Amazing work ethic and can pretty much work on anything!

Man, I cannot thank these guys enough. I was 2 hours into a 12 hour drive home, just starting up the hills into Yakima when one of the cylinders on my car started to misfire. I limped it into town and to this place. They were super busy but they took mercy on me and my situation and got me back on the road within an hour. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and were very reasonable with me in my moment of high stress and anxiety. Awesome guys!

Sure, you can go to a franchise shop to save a nickel or two. But do you have faith in your vehicle to get there? THIS IS THE PLACE that you can depend on, that determines whether you're on the road to your destination, or the road to ruin. This is also a place where they aren't trying to talk you into replacing a ton of broken things which your vehicle has no symptoms of needing to be repaired, especially after you've already paid. Or, giving up on the vehicle you are having fixed, and buying a new one. My car has body damage, but runs smoother now than most cars in Yakima. Might I also add that they are not indignant to you, or trying to act superior. They don't treat you like you are at their mercy. So... why go anywhere else?
