This is the best body shop, not only in Bergen County, but all of New Jersey. I’ve taken my car here twice within the last 2 months and the car comes back better each and every time. Between the responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and amazing office staff to the technicians, this place is 10/10 would recommend. I wish I could give even more stars!! As a girl who knows nothing about cars, dropping my car here was the best decision as they explained everything in such great detail from start to finish and were absolutely amazing. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, trust me!!! Your car couldn’t be in better hands than here!!!

First of all, Stacey is the Marisa Tomei of auto body. She walked me through the whole procedure and explained everything. The truck was ready on time as promised. The shop staff was patient and polite. Thank you again.

If there was a way to put “0” stars… I would!! I called and spoke with a rep (who stated was the manager) Faith. I felt disrespected when I called in. Faith was unprofessional calling me “dude” when I was being nice on the phone and in person. I may look young, but I’m definitely older. So I’m sure you thought you could get a way with talking to me as if I was someone in my 20’s. I was recommended to use your auto body shop. But after how I was treated, I will never come back and I’ll tell anyone I know not to use your auto body shop! Your shop forgot to finish a part that was part of the accident. When I asked for any type of reimbursement for a rental due to me going over 100 miles per day Faith tells me that I can and everyone she knows has done that and that it’s fine. Bad enough

My car slid on the snow at 930am on sunday12/14/2025. The westwood police called a tow company. The man said he didn't have time to see if it was drivable or not . So he said he was going to take it to his yard. I called the number on the card, and it turns out he had put my car in Valley Body and fenders lot. I called them and spoke to a stacey and she said it would cost $1900.00 since I was going to have it picked up by another body shop. But if I leave it there to get fixed, they will not charge the $1900.00 For towing( by another co.) and i day storage. First of all Westwood police called the towing company and that towing company in turn placed my car with Valley. I did not authorize this. Stacey in the office was extremely knowledable. She was able to pinpoint my problem with a loose shield under the car. I was able to get it repaired the next day. The service and the price were fantastic. Highly recommended.
