I found this company when I was in the market for a rental car last minute. All major rental companies were booked out. I gave them a call and they went above and beyond to get me into a rental within the hour. They were more affordable than any of the other rental companies, the rental process was quick and easy. The rental was a Chevrolet Trax in immaculate condition. I even had to extend my rental by another day and it was a simple process over the phone. Professional, great experience! Jeremiah had a car for me when I called. It was after hours, he stayed late for pick up and upgraded me because I needed a block heater. This was all last minute, and he really made a positive difference! I ended up needing the car longer than expected, it was no problem and I cannot thank him enough! I will call again if I have the need and highly recommend!

They were great. I had my transmission go out. On the drive in the tow truck to my mechanic, we got my rental car figured out. Within two hours of contacting my insurance for the tow, I was back on the road in a rental car. Affordable rates. Easy to return the car too. They made it totally hassle free. I recommend and will use them in the future if I need a rental car. Either I have more mechanical issues, or friends from out of state. You know the best way to see Alaska is driving. Also, multiple options for vehicles. I believe rate is based on size of the vehicle.

All the big car rental cqmpanies had limited availability but Valley Rental was able to get me into the exact all wheel drive vehicle I wanted for a great price! As a bonus the vehicle had an amazing trim package with heated seats/steering wheel, Bose stereo system and many other upgraded options.
