Quality work performed body and paint. truck looked amazing after the repairs were completed. (2006 Ford F-250) My advisor did not inform me of a repair that the insurance company denied so when I went and picked it up I seen the two dents in the tailgate not repaired and the back up sensors they replaced were not functioning so the tech. did not test before pick up. had to leave truck, contacted insurance they approved the two dents my advisor Brandon did me a solid by repairing two more dents in the tailgate that were not part of the accident. Great shop great staff. Be advised with my 2006 parts were hard to facilitate no fault of the shop just age of my vehicle. Brandon did awesome finding parts as quickly as he could. I recommend Valley collision 100%

Came here for my first accident Jose was very helpful with going over all the information and keeping me updated with the whole process. Johnny the manager is really good at his job by making sure everything was correct and that i was happy with the out come definitely recommend this place for anybody that gets into an accident.

I brought my car here after being rear-ended. Wonderful service and my car looks great after. The staff are very nice and helpful. I also really enjoyed the decor in their office, lots of classic cars and old-style gas pumps. I would highly recommend!

Everyone at Valley Collision was professional, helpful, and Ben made a point of explaining everything including which repairs were necessary for safety and which were cosmetic, so that I could make an informed decision. This was a relief after a bad experience with another shop, and having to have my car towed to Valley Collision. I really can't thank them enough!
