Valley Express Towing Phoenix - Cars, Heavy Duty and Semi Tow Trucks

I do not recommend this towing services company. I requested a special service to tow an end dump trailer, with specific instructions for no lifting, as the budget could increase with lifting time. With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions.

my semi broke down on the side of the freeway and valley Express towing went out of their way and went above and beyond to get me to my receiver I have a frozen load and I needed a tow and they were there in a very timely manner very professional and I would highly recommend specifically my driver James who was the tow truck driver that took care of me today and got me to the destination went above and beyond definitely highly recommend

I think Roy was the gentleman who answered the phone call. After explaining my situation and where my vehicle was located, he was able to get a driver on route to my location within 10-15 minutes of me calling. Adam was the gentleman who was assigned to my recovery. He called me, I gave him the coordinates to where my vehicle was located, and not even a minute later he texted me telling me he’d be there in 15 minutes. I was expecting 45-60 minutes so when I heard 15 minutes I was pleasantly surprised. The moment he got there he took my keys and told me to head home (at this point I was already in my other vehicle) because he didn’t want to risk me getting hit on the side of the road. My wife had an accident on her way home from work at 2 am, completely destroyed her car. I reached out to valley express and they sent a driver out within the hour. Adam arrived at the location quickly, little to no wait, loaded her vehicle onto his truck and delivered it to my home. He was friendly and very professional and informative during the process. Will definitely use valley express again and request him as my driver should I ever need a tow again.

My car broke down in the parking lot. Called Valley express towing in Phoenix and had someone out within 30 minutes. Adam was very communicative and arrived super fast. Made the tow super easy and efficient. Highly recommend these guys!
