I had an issue with my old car so I had to come into Valley Hi Kia quickly because I was on call. Everything worked out great from the start. Great sales people. Great sales manager financing department worked with us to get us into the car we wanted. My wife and I are more than happy we will be coming back when we get our next car. I couldn't recommend this location more. This location feels like a family because they treat you like family.

Another awesome experience from one of the Valley HI Dealerships. My daughter wanted a new car with very specific colors and features. Before heading over to the dealership I told her if there not able to get us into the car she wanted not be upset. Not only did they have the exact vehicle she wanted they worked super hard getting us into it on the terms we wanted. A huge shout out to the team at Valley Hi Kia you definitely stepped up to what we expect from the family of Valley HI dealerships and we will be back !!

From the moment I arrived, they truly put themselves in my shoes and took the time to understand what I needed — not just what they wanted to sell. That level of care and understanding is hard to find these days. They also had a wide array of vehicles to choose from, which really stood out to me. I got my new car last year from Valley high kia dealership. They have been nothing but great to me. I have experienced such a good time and now I drive with ease with my new ride. Today I got an oil change service and they greeted me the moment I opened my door. This is the kind of service we need especially it being my first time as a new car owner thank you so much to Stacy on the phone setting up my appointment and. Charlie, they both were great and answered all questions that I needed. This time, I also received vehicle maintenance and a free oil change. It was a valuable time experiencing the status of Korean automobiles in the United States. The staff were consistently kind and gave friendly answers to all my questions. I am extremely satisfied. If you are planning a new car, I highly recommend Kia vehicles. They specially install a full seasonal display inside the store, and the Halloween-themed display this time was very impressive
