From the get-go, I was impressed with this establishment. From calling to better understand timing and process, I was treated with respect by knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient staff members. Upon arrival / within five minutes, I had three direct service points of contact, asking me if I had yet been helped. Bonus points for the waiting room being spacious, clean, & customer-friendly focused with ample & comfortable sofas/chairs, plus vending machines. The work on the vehicle was pristine - can't even tell anything was ever wrong. High compliments to all that worked on the EV. From working with technicians to the shop Manager/Owner, this Center has won customer loyalty & endorsement (and I have high-standards). Even more bonus points for an unexpected cleaning + detailing of the car

I tried to use their services before but I was given the honest truth that my previous car was totaled and there was no need to bring it off the tow truck. I appreciated that. Keisha is very pleasant up front. TWO MO LATER, a deer hits my new car. Although it is a Nissan and days before Christmas, Valley Honda kept in touch with me, easy tow and paperwork. Easy process through my insurance. Keisha remembered me. I highly recommend this place. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. If they offered loaners I would give it 5 stars.

Had front end damage repaired.. Service was excellent. My vehicle was completed before stated time estimate given which was greatly appreciated as I waited at the shop while work was done. Staff was friendly, kept me updated on the progress of things.Body work looks great. Thanks!

The collision shop was amazing. They did a quick and thorough job on my car AND cleaned it (inside and outside) better than when I pay $47.00 at the car wash. Highly recommend them. Before and after hit and run driver took my mirror off!!

I had my 1 week old honda 2025 pilot that had the windshield smashed by a low flying turkey. I am from NJ and at the start of a 3week vacation. I met with Bill, got my.car.towed there,.and bill took care.of the rest, while I continued on my vacation. 3 weeks later, I drove back out to turtle creek PA (from nj) (the power in the area was out for a couple.of days due to heavy storms) got my car back and bill got my rental back to avis. Outstanding service, very helpful and personable. I would highly recommend them. I was an out of towner with no idea of where to go? And bill took care of me. Thanks Bill
