Valley Kia Service Department

I’m so thankful for my advisor Lexie. I came in to do my 95,000 mile service and she was great. She was efficient and handled all my concerns after my service. I have been with Kia for years and Lexi and Patrick have been my favorite advisors, they really are great!

Was scheduled to have my 4th and final oil change at 8 am. Got there at 7 45 am and was told that my contract had expired in October. Had offered to pay $120. Should have been told that before the expiration so that I could have planned better.

I'm changing my review from. 5 to 1 star all because the service department Manager, i been coming to this dealership for.more than 10 years and on my las visit I went for my regular oil change for my 2022 Telluride wen I was doing the paper work the offer me the transmission oil change like $600 dlls approx for bouth services, the day after picking up my truck,started yo make a loud noise while changing gears,so I call and explained the situation they tell me they didn't have any spot available that day so they scheduled a visit days after , whe. I arrived to pick up my truck they tell me that it was nothing wrong with the truck so I picked up the truck and was still making the noise so they asked me.to leave it over night to double check it, next day I show up and they wanted to charge

I came to this place to get my car repaired. Their service is very bad. I have had my car for less than a year and it has covered 50,000 km. However, they have repeatedly charged me over a thousand dollars. They are telling me that there is no guarantee. I had bought two or three cars from them before a year ago, but they always do the same thing. Their service is very bad. I will refer you all to not buy any car from them.
