I take my Lexus car for the diagnostic to this branch unfortunately the diagnostic the company did was not satisfactory moreover while I asked for the estimates it’s almost 6 weeks they can’t gives me estimates on top I messaged and email them Even I go to visit the manager to see what is the problem why they don’t give the estimate honestly even the manager didn’t see with me as he send the guy who diagnosed and he said the manager is busy it will take 2 hours to see with you so now I am pretty sure I have been charged for nothing I mean they didn’t do the diagnostic and charged me 240 dollars Anyone visit this branch be careful to get full diagnostics paperwork where mention which part is need fixing part number everything otherwise you will get nothing in return
